Newbould - WW1 medals

Newbould
Has anybody got photos of gamekeepers in the Green How Hill area nr Pateley Bridge Yorkshire? My family of gamekeepers: my father Henry Newbould, my grandfather Henry Newbould, my great granfather William Newbould. Dates from the middle 1800's to the 1940's. Any help will do thank you.

I am trying to trace a family bible. I am going back to 1950's thats when I last saw it in Harrogate. It has the Newbould family from Greenhow in it. Its black with gold tips at each corner, it would help me with my family tree.

Nicholson
Henry Brian Nicholson was born in New Zealand in 1867, his mother Mary Anne died in childbirth and his father Bryan Nicholson brought him back to live with his family at their farm in Byland Abbey. Bryan and his sisters passed away and Henry Brian Nicholson eventually returned to New Zealand in 1897. Can anyone help please?

Just wondering if anyone out there has any info on this particular branch of the Nicholsons. We can only seem to get as far back as my grandfather, George [Kid] Nicholson, a boxer. I am trying to track my Grandfathers family. He was called John Norman and had 3 sisters Ethel, Isabel and Jane and 2 brothers James and Robert(?). Their father was also John Norman born in Low Hesket, Cumberland in 1840 and was married to Mary but can't find a surname, or anything on either sets of parents. I am trying to find any descendants of Edward George Norman. He married Mary Bamforth (Sheffield 1872) and had six children (that I've found so far). One of his daughters, Sarah, married Edward Brashaw (1898) in Sheffield. Last record I have is 1901 census, living in the parish of Brightside Bierlow, Sheffield, 67 Bolsover Road.

I am searching for three missing children of my greatgrandfather Tom Norris. They lived in the parish of St.Mary's North Ward, Wombwell, South Yorks. Tom was 50 when the 1901 census was taken but the following children do not appear on it. Cecil Norris-who I remember. I have photos of Raymond Norris and May Norris. I am searching for my Northend ancestors. They were in Beverley area from 1505 and before that were in Skipton in Craven for 50 years, and before that in Halifax area from 1272. I recently met a lady that I was last related to in 1480! Her 13th were my 14th Great grandparents. We also have an American branch since 1638. Any body know any Northends?

Nowell/Newell
Trying to find any connections to the Nowell name in the Sedbergh and Howgill area of Yorkshire, could possibly be listed as Newell. In particular looking for the birth of Abraham Nowell who was married in Sedbergh in 1794 and again in 1801, although there is some mention of him being from Settle, Yorkshire as he was based there as a Recruiting Sergeant in 1794. Any help greatly appreciated.
